| It's hard to assess the maintenance of a car that has been driven that little. Budget for the 60K unless he has proof it was done. The suspension may be worn by now and it would be a good idea to replace all fluids too. None of it's very expensive but you don't want to plunk down $17k over the first year and still have a stock 14 year old car. In the real world the car is worth around $10k an he would be hard pressed to find anyone other than a total Z freak who would pay more than that, so swoop in and get it if that's what you want.
